I remember a couple of months ago, Facerig was able to detect gifs and you were able to place them in your scene at will. Now, it is unable to read any image format; TGA, JPEG, GIF, or PNG.

    Hi,
We would need more information about this. Was it a windows update that changed this (in case you have win10) ?. Did something change when you last updated FaceRig? I would suggest to post on the Steam forum so the devs can take a look. You can post here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/274920/discussions/2/

The Overlay Editor is not eligible with the GIF format or TGA, this option was not available a couple of months ago.

    Hi,

In the next update, FaceRig will integrate the option to add Gifs to the Overlay Editor.
