Hello FRUS members, today I'm going to be showing you how to get a moving desktop background for your computer. I've been using this for about a month now, and I've added as many animated backgrounds as I could find, and I'm constantly adding more. This post will teach you how to get animated backgrounds as well as have the file of all the files I use.

Here is a video tutorial explaining everything:

2.5G of Animated Desktop Backgrounds: https://www.mediafire.com/?nnuic6170dw7ug9

Here are all the .MOV files I have currently for the DeskScape 8. *NOTE* I own no copyright of any of the files, and simply sharing for your own personal use.

DeskScape 8 is a paid software which allows you to turn your normal, plain desktop into a moving amazing background as shown in the video. There is a 30 day trial of the program which is what I will be teaching you all how to use to obtain your moving background.

Firstly you're going to need to go and download DS 8 http://www.stardock.com/products/deskscapes/downloads.asp

Scrolling down you can either buy it for $10 or get the 30 day trial for free.

Next you're going to want to add some amazing game animated backgrounds to your DeskScape 8 files. This way you don't have to use their default animations they have.

    Download the files here: https://www.mediafire.com/?nnuic6170dw7ug9

There are almost 2.5G of animations for you to choose from, ranging from LoL to Halo and lots more.

Next you need to extract the file to a destination.
Now, you're going to need to open up DeskScape 8 and click on the icon in the top Left of the program. It should have two boxes, one filled one not, a line, and a filled box under it.

Click that image, and click on folders, then click add/remove folders.
Next click on the Add... Button, navigate to the folder you extracted earlier.

click okay, restart your DeskScape 8 and BOOM you now have lots and lots of files to choose from for your amazing animated desktop.

I remeber using Deskscape 8 to animate my own background (a swedish flag in wind)

I also remeber having a few issues with it because of my windows settings having the sign flag on and things like that.

If you computer is not crap like mine i recommend getting it as it's pretty neat.
