Something about this Phidias program and me just don't get along.

The first version never did anything when I tried to use it. Tried running the .bat file from cmd and just by double clicking on it....and nothing would ever happen. Never asked me for a folder location or anything like people say it's supposed to do. I asked around and no one could help, so I gave up.

SO now there is this new version that came with some of the latest updates. I run the .bat file and it pops up this error:
"The program can't start because libEGL.dll is missing from your computer. Try re-installing the program to fix this problem."

So I went online and found said driver. But after fixing that, it's missing another file...and then another... and so on. *sighs*
I finally got to a driver that I could not find online (TextureConverter.dll) so I am at a stand still on trying to make it work.

And so here I am stuck without a clue to why it hates me so much. Does anyone have any idea why it doesn't flippin want to work for me?

Or maybe it does work for you guys and mine is just missing the necessary files. . . and if that's the case, PLEASE HELP ME!!
    :(

TextureConverter.dll is inside your FaceRig\Bin folder

ok, so after I put that last one in there and ran it, it just compiles a bunch of crap then closes. isn't it supposed to ask for a folder destination where I keep the file I want it to test?? *PULLS HAIR OUT*

Hmm. I'm not a part of the team working on the import process or avatars but I think if you email them at artsupport[at]holotech[dot]eu they will help you out with this :D Either that or ask Discmage here on the forums what's what since he has quite a bit of experience using our tools.

As far as I know, the import process is being worked on at the moment and the bats should prompt you to select the path to the asset folders.

If it's not prompting you for a location (I think it really should), run the bat from your windows command line and perhaps copy/paste the results in your email to our team of artists so they see what's going on there :) (the programmers will also take a look, most likely)
